Admitted to the Bar:  1981, California and U.S. District Courts, Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California, which includes all U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in those Districts. Provisionally admitted in the past to the State Bar of Hawaii and State Bar of New Mexico for selected cases in those jurisdictions.

Education:  California State University at Long Beach: B.A. Sociology; Western State University College of Law: J.D., Cum Laude; Recipient: West Publishing Company’s 1981 Moot Court Award; Bancroft-Whitney’s American Jurisprudence Award in Uniform Commercial Code, 1980; Member: Western State University Law Review, 1979-1980.

Member:  State Bar of California; Orange County Bar Association.

Civic and Educational Activities:  Selected arbitrator for several landlord/tenant disputes; guest lecturer for Marcus & Millichap legal updates seminars; course instructor for attorneys for continuing education classes on landlord/tenant law; author of numerous articles on various aspects of law in areas of concentration; Member: Mariners Church.

Areas of Concentration:  Landlord-Tenant Transactions and Litigation; General Business Litigation; Construction Defect Litigation; Construction Litigation and Law; Creditor representation in Bankruptcy Law and Litigation matters.
